At this conference, delegates representing the European Commission, the Secretariat of the CBD, the member states of the European Outermost Regions (OR) and the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT), and the Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and civil society will put their heads together to give practical responses to the growing challenges posed by climate change and the loss of biodiversity in these island territories.
