Meetings General Meetings
The 4th ICRI Meeting of the Coordinating and Planning Committee (CPC) was held in Washington, DC on the 8th October 1997. During the meeting, it was generally agreed that to maintain momentum and regional action, ICRI required an international coordinating presence of some sort.
