Meetings Side Events
The Secretariat of the International Coral Reef Initiative (ICRI) will be holding a side event at the upcoming 12th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Wetlands (Ramsar COP12). The following are the details of the event:

The side event will be jointly held with the Ramsar Convention Secretariat, featuring a presentation on Ramsar Sites with coral reefs (from the Ramsar Secretariat), and presentations on the GCRMN Caribbean Report (by Ruben Torres, Reef Check Dominican Republic) and Status Report on World Fish Aggregations 2014 (Martin Russell, SCRFA). Through these presentations and discussion, the side event will explore ways of improving management of coral reef sites and enhancing collaboration between the Ramsar Convention and ICRI.
